So what is it? Entertainers have helped to give the general public a skewed perspective as to what Hypnosis is about. Hypnotherapy is the process of working with a client in order to assist in change or cessation of a particular habit. Many people come to a Hypnotherapist thinking that there is something about trance which is markedly different from their “normal” state of consciousness. This is definitely not the case. A Light Trance for instance, will feel no different from relaxation. Throughout Hypnotherapy you ARE in Control!

So what is it? Time Line Therapy™ is the result of 20 years of research, development and training in the Time Line Therapy™ techniques. The Time Line Therapy™ model has become widely known as one of the most effective methods for creating quick, lasting change for an individual. Time Line Therapy™ is a registered trademark of Tad James, licensed exclusively to the Time Line Therapy™ Association Inc of which I am a member. It is a process of utilising Active Imagination (used in Gestalt Therapy) and allows the Practitioner (me) to work with a client to achieve positive outcomes, with Therapeutic Options. Ultimately it is about giving you Personal Empowerment, to remove negative, unhealthy and unhelpful emotions and replace them with positive emotions. To get rid of Limiting Decisions or beliefs that hold you back from your true potential, and, where applicable, to remove anxieties that are hampering your aims and goals .
